Question 1

Who is eligible?

Accepted Answer

Anyone 18 or older living outside our restricted list. That excludes residents of United States of America and the other countries named on the legal notice.

Question 2

Is there a cap on evaluations?

Accepted Answer

No. Run as many as you want under one verified email. Each is judged on its own record.

Question 3

Can someone else trade my account?

Accepted Answer

No. Every evaluation and funded account belongs to the registered holder alone. Sharing, selling or transferring an account, or trading someone else's, ends it.

Question 4

What does sign-up involve?

Accepted Answer

A name, an email and a password. Route and account size come at checkout.

Question 5

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), UPI for traders in India, or crypto: USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Question 6

When does my login arrive?

Accepted Answer

Minutes after the payment confirms. Your MetaTrader 5 login, password and server come by email and appear on the dashboard. Crypto counts as confirmed after one network confirmation.

Question 7

My payment went through but I have no login.

Accepted Answer

Message live chat with your order number, the one beginning OG-. We confirm the payment and release the account manually if the automatic step stalled.

Question 8

Do I have to trade a certain way?

Accepted Answer

No. Any discretionary style works, including scalping, swing, intraday, hedging, grid and martingale. The line is drawn at exploiting the platform instead of trading the market; the prohibited list is below.

Question 9

Can I trade the news?

Accepted Answer

During evaluations, yes, with no blackout. On OG Live accounts, red-folder releases carry a five-minute window either side; opening or closing a position inside it is a breach.

Question 10

Can I hold overnight or over the weekend?

Accepted Answer

Overnight, always. Weekends: swing accounts can hold, scalping accounts need to be flat before Friday's close.

Question 11

EAs, bots, HFT or arbitrage?

Accepted Answer

All prohibited. That covers expert advisors and any automation, high-frequency strategies, latency or feed arbitrage, and copying trades from accounts you do not own. Any of them ends the account.

Question 12

Is copy trading allowed?

Accepted Answer

Only across evaluations that are all yours.

Question 13

Any limits on lot size or how long I hold?

Accepted Answer

None, and no consistency rule on any route. The loss limits apply to every trade regardless.

Question 14

Which instruments are available?

Accepted Answer

Everything on the MetaTrader 5 account we set up for you: forex, gold and other metals, indices and crypto CFDs.

Question 15

How much leverage?

Accepted Answer

Up to 1:100 on forex, 1:50 on gold and 1:50 on crypto. Swing accounts trade at 1:50, scalping accounts at 1:100. Funded accounts keep the same settings.

Question 16

Which platform do you use?

Accepted Answer

MetaTrader 5, nothing else, on desktop and mobile.

Question 17

My equity brushed the daily loss limit and bounced. Am I out?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The limit is checked on live equity, so a touch is a breach even if price recovers a second later.

Question 18

Does the same go for the maximum loss limit?

Accepted Answer

It does. Touch it and the account ends on the spot. It is static across the stage; profit never drags it upward.

Question 19

Can I get a breached account back?

Accepted Answer

No. A breach is final. You can start a new evaluation whenever you like, and your other accounts carry on untouched.

Question 20

I think the breach was a mistake.

Accepted Answer

Send the account number to live chat. We pull the audit log and show you the exact tick or trade that crossed the line.

Question 21

Is my fee refunded after a breach?

Accepted Answer

No. Evaluation fees are non-refundable.

Question 22

When does verification happen?

Accepted Answer

1 Step and 1 Step Pro: once you pass the challenge. 2 Step, 2 Step Prime, 2 Step Pro and 3 Step: after Phase 1, before Phase 2 opens.

Question 23

What documents do I need?

Accepted Answer

Both sides of a government ID and a short liveness selfie, all matching the registered account holder.

Question 24

How long is the check?

Accepted Answer

About 24 hours for most traders. If a check is rejected, a person takes a second look.

Question 25

What happens in the funding review?

Accepted Answer

Someone reads your complete evaluation record for prohibited practices and confirms ownership. Clear it, usually the same day, and the funded login is issued.

Question 26

What size is the funded account?

Accepted Answer

OG Live starts at 10% of the evaluation size, so a $100,000 evaluation turns into a $10,000 live account. Scaling can then double it, up to eight times the start.

Question 27

What split do I get?

Accepted Answer

80% of funded profit, from the first dollar, on every account. OG keeps the remainder.

Question 28

How often can I withdraw?

Accepted Answer

Daily, and several times a day when the profit is there. The minimum is $20 after the split.

Question 29

How do payouts reach me?

Accepted Answer

USDT on TRC20, bank transfer, or UPI in India. Most land within a day; bank transfers can take one to three business days.

Question 30

Can I trade right after a payout?

Accepted Answer

Yes, immediately, on the remaining balance. The maximum loss limit stays where it was.

Question 31

Is verification needed before I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The identity check and the funding review both need to be complete.

Question 32

Can I get a refund on an evaluation?

Accepted Answer

No, not before your first trade and not after a breach. The fee pays for the evaluation itself.

Question 33

How much does an evaluation cost?

Accepted Answer

$30 for a $2,500 multi-step account up to $1,500 for a $100,000 one-step account. You pay once; nothing renews.

Question 34

I sent crypto on the wrong network or to the wrong address.

Accepted Answer

In most cases those funds cannot be recovered. Double-check the network and address on the payment page before sending.
